"the CUBE" was the name we gave what the UM calls "Regents Plaza"
"LIBERTY PLAZA" was a VERY popular spot and meeting place for skaters before skating was outlawed there.
We spent countless hours in "the 'plaza". Sometimes spending all night there either trying to perfect a new move
or just partying because we didn't have any place else to go hang out.
"The PRO Building" was our downtown bank spot. We sessioned this spot pretty much every night. I wish I had more pics of us skating there .. but I dont. Here is Tommy Hartwell laying down a layback slide .. while T.C. looks on. This would be around 1981
